Shipping:
All out of state shipments are via refrigerated trucks or dry vans. A full load of plant material is approx. 8300 units. Minimum order is 2000 units. Delivery of less than truck load quantities is contingent upon semipool trucks in your area.
Fall Shipping:
Minimum order for field grown material to be dug and shipped in the fall will be five plants per plant variety. There will be a 20 percent digging charge for orders of less than five plants per variety. Minimum lead time for digging is 3 to 5 days depending on weather.

Wholesale Price Lists are intended for only those licensed in buying and selling of nursery product. This cancels all previous lists and quotations and is subject to change without notice.
Stock Availability:
This website does not indicate what plants are available to be sold on this date. For current availability on all stock please call our office at 866-776-0774 or an authorized G.W. Nursery Sales Representative in your area.
Future Orders:
All orders will be acknowledged based upon estimates in the field and container areas. However, at the time of shipping, should order adjustments need to be made, we will substitute the closest possible variety and size (not more than one size up or down on field stock, no substitutions will be made on container plant material without customer permission) as the original acknowledged order. Should you not want substitutions of any kind please indicate on your original purchase order. All confirmed allocations will be reserved through May 1st. After May 1st any product remaining on allocations will be added to our open stock for sale to the general trade.
Terms:
Cash or Credit Card, unless credit is approved. Terms are net 30 days. Service charge of 1 1⁄2 percent per month will be made on past due accounts. Prices are FOB Cornelius, Oregon. Visa & MasterCard accepted.
Additional Container Charge:
Some plants normally sold B&B are available in black plastic containers and wire baskets. The additional charge will range per plant purchased depending on size of container or wire basket used.
Claims:
Claims must be made immediately upon receipt of goods. This must be done by writing on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery and registering with us within 48hours. No claim will be honored unless it is made in writing explaining the problem. At no time will we be responsible for more than the purchase price of the stock ordered and shipped. Seller is not responsible for losses due to heat, frost, improper plant maintenance on your lot or for major damages or delays in transportation.
